Shine Training

I have just been perusing the Shine Website for training tips and I’ve actually managed to download a full on training schedule. It’s about 16 weeks, which gives me 3 weeks to get used to just getting out and walking. The plan is really good and here it is.

I think the new trainers that I got last week are going to come in really handy and I should prepare myself for MANY blisters. Eek.

Am I mad? Yes maybe, but it’s something positive to focus on and I should be able to at least, raise some money for Cancer Research Uk.

Now then, jaffa cakes are official athlete’s food right?!
