Feeling sluggish | Getting Healthy

Today I felt very very tired. I did a work event on Thursday which involved a very long day on my feet, lots of driving and not enough food. The knock on effects of that have been 2 full days of feeling just shattered.  I spent yesterday working from home and then I had some TOIL which started at 2pm. By 2:05 I was fast asleep and didn’t wake up for 2 hours!!

Today we tried to go out to see the new bridge in Widnes, but it was raining too hard for me to get out of the car. I fell asleep again when we got home and apparently was snoring my head off! Nice.

So about an hour ago, we decided to go for a walk around the park. We really do have no excuse as we live right next door to it. I was chuffed when we got home as my WW app told me I had reached my Fitpoints target of 32, with 2 days to go.

There is something in the WW app that I quite like. Quite simply it says:

No perfection necessary.

So whilst most of today I felt a bit sluggish, the walk helped and I made good food choices. Happy days.
