Weigh in Day | Getting Healthy

I had to lose: 79.5lbs
Lost this week: -2.5lbs
Total Lost: -14.5lbs

I have to say that I was really bloody chuffed with this. After last week’s disappointment in only losing 1/2 lb, this was just marvelous. I am here to tell you that when I walked out of my meeting, I cried a little. I’ve lost 14.5 lbs, which is a full stone and a total step in the right direction.

My Weight Watchers coach Jackie gave me this certificate and fridge magnet – which I was thrilled with! Honestly, this makes me even more determined to carry on to get to a healthy weight. One of my lovely WI friends asked me if I had got a goal in mind and even though I have got a sort of weight at which I would be happy at, it’s a way off and I am not focussing on it.

I really just want to eat healthily and be fitter and try not to get too obsessed with numbers or goals. So one stone gone* is just amazing and I am working every day to make sure this continues.

This weeks sees some friends coming to stay from the USA but I am preparing to buy healthy food for us to eat and no pressure.
