Weigh in Day | Getting Healthy

So ordinarily I get weighed at my Weight Watchers meeting, which is on a Tuesday, but this week I have been away for my sister-in-law’s birthday and so I wasn’t able to attend. So instead, I got weighed on my own scales when I got home and here’s the results:

I needed to lose: 79.5 lbs
I’ve lost this week : –1.5lbs
Total lost: -7.0lbs

So whilst my own scales might be different than the ones at my meeting, I am hopeful that they are right!

Biggest Challenge: The few days away that we had were challenging as there was cake and treats at every turn.

Biggest Buzz: Feeling relaxed on the weekend away and only having chicken legs and ham when the rest of the group ate fish & chips. Also walking at Whinlatter was totally ace, if very hard.
