Weigh In Day | Getting Healthy

I am going to cut right to the chase, here’s my current stats:

I needed to lose: 79.5
I’ve lost this week: -3.0lbs
Total lost: -10.0lbs

So not only have I passed the -7lb milestone, but I have also gone under a particular stone barrier. Just to remind you, I am a little too embarrassed to tell you exactly what I weigh, the number is still far too big for my liking. But I was SO impressed with myself.

Biggest Challenge

Going to the local Food & Craft Fayre on Bank  Holiday Monday. There were many gorgeous food smells and we had to walk past, chips, Chinese Food, Indian Food, Donuts, Waffles & Ice Creams.

Biggest Buzz

Going under the stone marker and feeling so pleased after my weigh in. Also feeling like my jeans felt a little looser.
