So today’s weigh in left me feeling disappointed, even though I shouldn’t have been!
I had to lose: 79.5lbs
Lost this week: -0.5lbs
Total Lost: -12lbs
The reason I was disappointed was that I thought I might have lost more than 0.5 lbs. But when I looked at the preceding week with honestly, I know that I haven’t really done much exercise and there were a couple of meals that perhaps weren’t as healthy as they could have been. So whilst I was a bit deflated leaving the meeting, when I got home, I had a chat with M and all was ok.
He cleverly reminded me that I HAD lost weight and that I had made healthy choices all week. That I am doing well and how much better I feel already. So every day is a chance to make things better and move a step closer to my goal.
